7. USER CONDUCT
7.1 Prohibited Activities
- Harassment, abuse, discriminatory or unlawful conduct
- Disrupting sessions or platforms; unauthorized access/scraping
- Using automated systems/bots to access Services
- Plagiarism, cheating, misrepresentation
- Sharing/selling/commercializing proprietary content
7.2 Consequences
- Warning and requirement to rectify
- Suspension from sessions
- Termination without refund
- Legal action and/or reporting to authorities for illegal activity
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Company’s IP
All content, materials, courses, videos, recordings, documents, AI algorithms, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided through our Services are owned by Demo Company Name or our licensors and protected by Indian IP laws (Copyright Act, 1957; Trade Marks Act, 1999; Patents Act, 1970; IT Act, 2000, etc.).
Prohibited: unauthorized copying/distribution, creating derivative works, commercial use, removing notices.

11. DISCLAIMERS
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Educational purpose only. AI outputs may be fallible; seek human review for critical decisions. We are not responsible for third-party tools/platforms.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to amounts actually paid by you to us for the specific Service in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business.
Exceptions: death/personal injury due to our negligence, fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Technical Issues/Force Majeure: not liable for connectivity problems, third-party platform failures, device issues, data loss due to user systems; not liable for delays/failures due to acts of God, government actions, strikes, unrest, cyberattacks, or other events beyond reasonable control.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Demo Company Name, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, and affiliates from claims/losses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law/third-party rights, misuse of Services/content, conduct during sessions, false information, or unauthorized use of IP.
14. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend/terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, legal/operational reasons, or non-payment.
16. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
Refer to our Refund Policy. Where a separate signed agreement applies, it prevails.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable arbitration clause in a separate agreement, courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire Agreement: these Terms + Privacy Policy
- Amendments: we may modify Terms by posting updates and notifying users (e.g., email/in-app); material changes may carry a 15-day notice
- Severability: invalid provisions will be modified or severed; the rest continues
- Waiver: failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver
- Assignment: you may not assign; we may assign to affiliates/successors with notice
- Survival: provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive
