1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE
This Refund Policy applies to bookings and payments for workshops, training programs, 1:1 sessions, consulting, digital products, and other paid services offered by Ch.AI Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). If a separate signed agreement or checkout page specifies different terms, those will prevail to the extent of any conflict.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Refunds apply only to purchases made through our official channels and payment gateway(s) (e.g., Razorpay).
- Requests must be initiated by the original payer with a valid proof of payment and booking reference.
- Gateway convenience charges and third-party fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
3. WINDOWS & CUT-OFFS
- Workshops / Group Programs: Full refund if requested ≥ 7 days before the scheduled start. Within 7 days, refunds are not typically available—see rescheduling.
- 1:1 Sessions / Consulting: Full refund if requested ≥ 7 days before the slot. Inside 7 days, please request a reschedule (Section 4).
- Start of Service: Once a session begins or deliverables have been shared, refunds are not available, except as required by applicable law.
4. RESCHEDULING (USER-INITIATED)
One free reschedule is allowed if requested ≥ 24 hours before the start time (subject to facilitator availability). For later requests, a paid reschedule or time-bound credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES (COMPANY-INITIATED)
If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, you may choose either a full refund or a session credit of equal value. For multi-day programs, refunds/credits may be prorated for the undelivered portion.
6. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
No-shows or arrivals ≥ 15 minutes late may be treated as consumed; refunds will not be issued. At our discretion, a partial credit may be extended.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS / DOWNLOADS / RECORDINGS
Digital items (templates, toolkits, recordings, downloads, or similar) are non-refundable once access links, files, or credentials have been provided, except where mandated by law.
8. SESSION CREDITS & TRANSFERS
We may issue a time-bound credit in lieu of a refund. Credits are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow a one-time transfer to a colleague within the same organization.
9. METHOD OF REFUND
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. If not feasible (e.g., expired card), we may request alternative account details in the payer’s name. Any bank charges for such alternate processing may be deducted from the refund, unless prohibited by law.
10. PROCESSING TIMELINES
Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 7 working days. Additional time may be taken by banks/payment gateways for settlement into your account.
11. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Kindly contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide supporting documentation (invoices, attendance, delivery logs, policies) to the payment partner.
12. FAIR-USE & ABUSE PREVENTION
We may refuse repeated or abusive refund requests, fraudulent claims, or attempts to obtain services while systematically seeking refunds.
13. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, specific commercial contracts (if any) will prevail.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Governed by the laws of India. Subject to any arbitration clause in a separate agreement (if applicable), courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
